If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
A few items can’t be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
You are responsible for return shipping cost, as well as delivery and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be shipped well packaged and in original packaging.
You can choose between a refund in store gift card or a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs).
