Tofino roadtrip with the Achiever N6 Kevlar® Softshell Hiking Pants
Best things you can do in Vancouver island? Hiking, surfing, biking, exploring...
This last week we went to the island to try the Achiever N6 Kevlar® Softshell Hiking Pants and it was a great experience. We were camping near Ucluelet and from there we could get to some trails and beaches.
We went to the Rain Forest, to MacMillan Provincial Park (where we could admire some of the tallest trees in Canada) Englishman River Falls, and we discovered a plane crash half way from Ucluelet to Tofino.
As we were also trying surfing (cause we are all about adventure) we didn't get a chance to go in a really long hike, but we can assure that the N6 Kevlar are the best hiking pants we've ever made. This pants fit perfect and kept us comfortable and protected thanks to the ARMORTEX® Tear Resistance. We had to climb a little bit to get to the plane crash and the materials felt really soft, flexible and light. Also our knees and bumps were protected too thanks to the Kevlar® technology.
To be honest, I didn't use any other pants in the 4 days we were there!
We also discovered a bunch of beaches around: Cox Bay (our favorite), Chesterman Beach, Tonquin Beach, Long Beach... full of caves and wildlife. We got to see some deers, raccoons, the most amazing birds and a black bear (from a safe distance)
We were lucky as the nights were not so cold and we spot a couple shooting stars. Definitely you can not be wrong going to this amazing island, even the last day (it rained the whole day) was magical.
